Health Disclaimer

Peel AFL Masters recommends any person participating in AFL Masters Football should have an annual health check, and you should not participate in AFL masters football if you have any existing problems or illnesses without first consulting your family doctor.

Yellow and Red Card Disciplinary Action

I acknowledge that should I be issued with a Yellow or Red card, I will accept all fine/suspensions and disciplinary actions imposed by Peel AFL Masters Football Club . All disciplinary actions will be determined upon the degree of severity of the incident by the committee in conjunction with the penalty imposed by AFL Masters WA.
